De-Sand

Certain geographical areas face challenges due to dry climates with blowing dust and sand. The sand and dust can quickly form a layer over the entire aircraft. Similar to frost, ice and snow, sand can also contribute to the reduction of the effectiveness required by the aircraft’s lifting surfaces to fly safely and increasing fuel burn. The system will also recycle and collect all fluids helping preserve water and prevent ground contamination

The Multi Solution Gate RS-400S has a built-in functionality that can provide a quick flush with pure water in order to expediently remove the dust from all surfaces of the aircraft.

De-Ice

With the latest in innovation our system is like no other. By using high precision nozzles, cameras and sensors we can conservatively de-ice aircraft with pin-point accuracy in record time. The MSG solution will perform de-icing operations with a high level of safety and efficiency in accordance with existing regulations while maintaining a minimal environmental footprint.

During the De-Ice Process the system will collect the run of glycol and water. Trough a chemical splitting process most of these liquids will be recycled and reused

Engine-Flush

As time passes and an aircraft is in daily use, a modern aircraft engine will accrue deposits of hydrocarbons on all surfaces. These deposits reduce engine efficiency due to increased drag, weight, and fuel consumption.

By cleaning the aircraft engines at regular intervals, the lifespan can be significantly increased. When all surfaces are clean, the engines can burn fuel more completely, ensuring better overall economy due to lower fuel consumption and longer maintenance intervals.

Wash

Our models offer a brushless wash with high precision nozzles that perform washing both over and underneath the aircraft. The system will wash according to existing procedures for each aircraft manufacturer manual removing any aqueous potassium acetate, salt or other erosive materials preventing corrosion, improving flight characteristics while dramatically decreasing fuel burn.

All fluids used during wash will be collected and recycled helping preserve water and ground contamination
